Lately there have been so many uncertainties and unforeseen changes, and with so much stress, it is important to learn and apply proven strategies for managing the stress.
It is imperative to recognize and respond effectively to the emotional and psychological impacts that stress has on you, your family, your coworkers, your clients, and your community. We all need to identify and handle stress early to minimize the damage. We need psychological strategies and physical remedies to relieve the stress.

The registrant will be able to register others from your office at no charge from the drop down menu of names, or add a name if it is not shown on the list.
If you are unable to attend the live event, register now, and indicate in the Comments section of the registration form that you are requesting to view the presentation on-demand at a later date. The ILTA will provide a recording of Kit's presentation through the ILTA website at a later date this year.
